The rooms were top-notch with gorgeous interior design by kit kemp and the beds were big.

It was in a magnificent location with Soho nearby. The hotel was in a very nice area, close to the center of Soho, the restaurant and the bar and fabulous shops.

The breakfast was great and offered a great selection of delicious food. Our room was spotless and luxurious with gorgeous interior design by kit kemp. The location was marvellous for walking around Soho.

The setting was quite magnificent within easy reach of Soho. The staff were very amiable and exceptionally attentive, thanks to them everything was lovely.

Unique hotel, knowledgeable staff in an incredible position. Light filled & good sized rooms with base level as well as thorough housekeeping. A lovely restaurant available in the property. Friendly check-in, late check-out.

I appreciated the room, it was reasonably spacious and luxurious and complete with terraces, extra toiletries. The breakfast was great and delicious, had lots of options.

I had an amazing time staying at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Jeremy at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel had a unique decor that added to its charm without going over the top. The room was comfortable and stylish, with a breathtaking view from the top floor. The hotel's location in the Village was perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of interesting places to explore. The wifi was fast and the room was spacious, making my stay even more enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about this place.

We arrived and were greated very nicely ! An upgrade and complementary breakfast ! What more can you ask for ! Beautiful and clean room. Elegant marble bathroom ! The room was facing the coutyard so it was nice and quite. The restaurant has an excellent atmoshpere and the food is great. We had an amazing experience at the Crosby Street Hotel. We will definitely be back ! :)

Just a fabulous hip funky hotel in great location. Love love loved all the artwork and installations. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I had a fantastic stay at a boutique spot in a great location. The hotel's suites were spacious and elegantly decorated, making me feel like I was staying in a luxurious apartment on the upper east side. I also had a beautiful view of the snow from my window, creating a romantic atmosphere. The hotel's location on Crosby Street was perfect, being parallel to the bustling Broadway but still maintaining a quiet ambiance. Additionally, there were a variety of wonderful restaurants nearby, including Boqueria for tapas and Mercer Kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable suites.

Gorgeous hotel, and in the heart of SOHO shopping, food, etc.. The best downtown hotel in NYC.

We have stayed at several Firmdale Properties and they are excellent. The staff is exceptional helpful and the rooms are lovely. Great amenities. And the location of the Crosby is perfect. Right in the heart of SOHO. Just busy enough without being overwhelmed with the crowds like in Times Square area.

Located in a convenient spot in Soho, this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area again.

Waiter that waited on me for breakfast was absolutely great ever. Next day he came to me to let me know that he got fired. Such should never happen to the hotel guest. First restaurant in NY that charges 20% tip.

Big bed, large bathroom and central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television in the room. Great view across town. Magnificent location, minutes from Bloomingdales. Excellent service from the staff.
